Thank you for shopping with us! Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days and then shipped. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection launch or holiday period), shipments may be delayed by up to 7 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay (Between 7-10 days) in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily offer shipping across North America and select international destinations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and reach out to our support team with your order number and photos of the damage so we can assist you.
