Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. All items are made to order and are fully personalized based on the customer's preferences. As such, they are considered custom products, which are exempt from returns.

To clarify, all our products are blanks that are personalized upon request with your chosen designs. Once a product is customized, it cannot be resold or returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period:

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period under EU law does not apply to goods made to order or personalized items. As stated in the EU regulations: "The 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized - such as a tailor-made suit." Therefore, once your order is processed and personalized, it is not eligible for cancellation or return.

Our policy does not permit replacements or refunds for incorrectly ordered items, shipping damages, or items lost in shipping.

Note: Orders fulfilled in excess of 30 Days are ineligible for support requests.
