Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds. All items are made to order and are fully personalized based on the customer's preferences. As such, they are considered custom products, which are exempt from returns.

To clarify, all our products are blanks that are personalized upon request with your chosen designs. Once a product is customized, it cannot be resold or returned.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period:

Please note that the 14-day cooling-off period under EU law does not apply to goods made to order or personalized items. As stated in the EU regulations: "The 14-day cooling-off period doesn't apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized - such as a tailor-made suit." Therefore, once your order is processed and personalized, it is not eligible for cancellation or return.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and there isn't a standard delivery time estimate.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Since our products are custom made, we cannot guarantee a production time period at this time. We appreciate your patience.
